Australian Counselling Association (ACA) is Australia’s largest membership association for counsellors.

ACA required a full eCommerce website to manage their frontend and backend processes.

The website frontend serves as a promotional and informative tool for members and prospective members. The backend system integrates with office administration softwares to assist streamline their workflow processes.

ACA is also able to deliver Ongoing Professional Education by way of streamed video workshops. Attendees pay for and attend the workshops online, providing a fully interactive and stand alone e-commerce system.
